Soluna Care Network provides the following services:
- Senior Living Placement: Free care navigation and placement assistance. Our fee is paid by participating senior living communities upon placement. This service is provided at no direct cost to families.
- Soluna Care Membership: A recurring monthly membership ($279/month) providing ongoing care navigation, nurse wellness check-ins, coordination, family support, and access to social work resources.
- Care Consulting & Navigation: General guidance and coordination services for families navigating senior care decisions.
3. Not Medical or Legal Advice
Soluna Care Network provides care navigation and coordination services. Nothing on our website or provided through our services constitutes medical advice, legal advice, or a physician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical decisions and a licensed attorney for legal matters.
Our care navigators and nurses provide general guidance and support — they do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace a physician's care.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Soluna Care Network, you agree to the following terms:
- Types of messages you may receive: Appointment reminders, care navigation updates, service-related follow-ups, placement coordination updates, membership support communications, and business development outreach
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your care needs and service engagement. You may receive up to 4 messages per month on average, though frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received.
- To opt out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving text messages from Soluna Care Network. You will receive one final confirmation message.

- SMS consent data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Membership Terms
By enrolling in the Soluna Care Membership, you agree to the following:
- Membership is billed monthly at $279/month
- You may cancel at any time with no penalty — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No long-term contracts are required
- Membership benefits are available to the enrolled family and their identified loved one
- We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' advance notice
6. Placement Services
Our senior living placement service is provided free of charge to families. We receive referral fees from senior living communities when a placement is made. This arrangement does not affect our obligation to act in your best interest.
We do not guarantee placement in any specific community or that any community will meet your expectations. Our role is to assist and facilitate — final placement decisions rest with the family and the community.
7. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your loved one's care needs
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not misrepresent your identity or your relationship to the individual seeking care
- Communicate respectfully with our team and care partners
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Everyday Services Group, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soluna Care Network and Everyday Services Group, LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
